1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmines ("phmines," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phmines.one ("Platform").

By completing registration, logging into your account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the phmines Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the phmines Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you are accessing phmines on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes acceptance on their behalf.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on phmines, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phmines strictly enforces this age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is legally permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions listed on PAGCOR's restricted territory schedule.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmines, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phmines Platform, or any other phmines-operated service.
• You must hold a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS one-time passwords for account verification.

phmines reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License issued by LTO). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phmines may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phmines. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmines reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information to reflect any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued by phmines. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phmines will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support, email, or live chat.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify phmines support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

phmines transacts exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated and displayed in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to player funds.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phmines accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Deposits made through approved channels are typically credited to your account instantly for digital wallets (GCash, Maya) and within one to two banking hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes from request approval. Bank transfers are subject to standard banking processing times. phmines reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

KYC Requirement: Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identification document. phmines processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day under normal circumstances.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phmines offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, daily cashback, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. The acceptance and use of any bonus is subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published in the applicable promotion description.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Cashback credits are calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and credited to the player's bonus wallet.
• phmines reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus manipulation, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of platform errors, is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim duplicate welcome bonuses will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phmines use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by phmines, its employees, or any third party after a wager is placed.

In the event of a malfunction, system error, or technical failure that causes an incorrect display of results or payouts, phmines reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Any winnings generated from a technical error are not valid and will not be honored.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on phmines and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of the Philippine AMLA
• Colluding with other players or phmines employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Using unauthorized third-party software, bots, or scripting tools
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or unintended game mechanics
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other players or phmines staff
• Accessing or attempting to access the phmines Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• Charging back deposits made via GCash, Maya, or any other payment method after wagering has occurred

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmines Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and promotional materials, is the property of phmines or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phmines content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures outside phmines' reasonable control, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phmines' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your phmines account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmines does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phmines will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Responsible Gaming

phmines is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. phmines recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides tools to help players manage their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and time limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the phmines support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications are available to remind players of elapsed playing time and net session results.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phmines reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Receipt of a third-party exclusion order (e.g., from a court or PAGCOR)
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, phmines will return any verified and eligible balance to the player through their registered payment method, less any applicable fees or offsets permitted under these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and phmines shall first be submitted to the phmines customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phmines reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmines will provide notice to registered players via email or on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phmines Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
